The highlight of Bali trip is Pura Tirta Empul, 15,000 RP admission fee. It is an important temple complex and holy mountain spring, located in the village of Manukaya in central Bali. The temple pond has spring which gives out fresh water regularly, which is considered as holy or amritha by local Hindu Bali people. Inside the central courtyard, pilgrims first approach a rectangular purification bath where a total of 13 elaborately sculpted spouts that line the edge from west to east. After solemn prayers at an altar-like shrine, they proceed to enter the crystal-clear, cold mountain water. With hands pressed together, they bow under the gushing water of the first spout, carrying on to the eleventh. The water from the last two of the 13 spouts is meant for purification purposes in funerary rites. As with any Bali temple tour or a visit to a holy place, it is always important to dress respectfully. The simple Balinese temple visitor dress code is a traditional ‘kamen’ wrap around the lower body plus a sash around the waist. Traditional market, batik clothes, souvenir, artistic work, etc. shops, is located at the exit way of the temple.

12:30 PM, we go to Kopi Luwak Farm with real Civet cats. Kopi luwak or civet coffee, refers to the coffee that includes part-digested coffee cherries eaten and defecated by the Asian palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus). Producers of the coffee beans argue that the process may improve coffee through two mechanisms, selection and digestion. Selection occurs if the civets choose to eat cherries. Digestive mechanisms may improve the flavor profile of the coffee beans that have been eaten. The civet eats the cherries for the fleshy pulp, then in the digestive tract, fermentation occurs. The civet's Protease enzymes seep into the beans, making shorter peptides and more free amino acids.Passing through a civet's intestines the cherries are then defecated with other fecal matter and collected.
